We ship from our design studio in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post in a padded bubble envelope or a box for safety.
All items are shipped within 48 hours of the completed transaction. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. Any orders falling on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
Yes! You can pick your order up in Yaletown! Choose Yaletown pickup at checkout. You can pick up during our business hours from Monday to Friday 10:00AM to 6:00pm (excludes holidays). Bring your order confirmation or order number!
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the lower mainland and 5-10 days within Canada. All orders are shipped by regular mail with no tracking.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars; however, you can use the currency converter feature to see prices in your local currency. Please note that we do not accept cheques or money orders.
