Orders are shipped via Canada Post in a padded bubble envelope or a box for safety.
All items are shipped within 48 hours of the completed transaction. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. Any orders falling on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the lower mainland and 5-10 days within Canada. All orders are shipped by regular mail with no tracking.
If you would like tracking information or a faster shipping option like FedEx or DHL, please email us and we will send you a quote. You can also select expedited parcel or XpressPost options by Canada Post. Our system will calculate shipping costs automatically.
