What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We stand by our products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, e-mail us at
parisa@parisa.net. We are happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
If you have a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us and we will look into some options for how to best resolve that for you.
Can I return an item I purchased from a retail store?
We are unable to process returns, refunds or exchanges on products purchased through our retailers because we did not process the payment for that item. We work closely with all of our valued retail partners to handle product defect claims. All returns for items purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to the original retailer where the item was purchased.
We will not accept returns of worn pieces.
Receiving your refund
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however, this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of the year. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note, that shipping costs are not refundable.
